As always our aim at Fitt Conditioning Finglas is to create sessions that are original, challenging & fun for all members.
The FITT 4:44 training concept combines principles from three of our current classes:
- Fitt Strength and Conditioning
- Fitt Fat Blast
- Fitt MET CON
Class length – 44 mins.
Breakdown:
- 4mins Mobility Work
- 4 Sets x 4 reps of one of our main strength movements. Coaches choice
- 4 Exercise Complex using barbells, kettlebells, d/bells and trx. 4 rounds of each movement x 44 secs per movement
- 16 min met con circuit using the Fitt 4:44 concept

- Mon – 6.00pm & 6.45pm
- Fri – 7.15pm
