Strength & Conditioning

Our strength and conditioning group session’s are one hour long. The program is split into 3 days:
Day 1 – Deadlifts + Assistance Exercises for the Deadlifts. Back, Glutes & hamstrings being the main muscle groups involved in this session.
Day 2 – Squats + Assistance Exercises for the Squat.
Day 3 – Bench press + Assistance Exercises for the Bench Press. Chest, shoulders and arms.

This class will help you:
  • Improve all round body strength
  • Increase power
  • Burn body fat
  • Build lean muscle
  • Improve muscular endurance to prevent injury
