The Fitt Ladies Lifting Club sessions take place twice a week on a Tuesday & Thursday evening.
These sessions focus on good technique and strength improvements on the main compound movements (Deadlift, Squat, Bench, Overhead Press etc).
Your coaches will help you log and track all your lifts & Improvements.
You will have plenty of encouragement & support from your fellow lifting club ladies.
